2.2 Shipping Methods: International orders are crated and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure secure and efficient delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days by Air Transport.  Ocean Freight time is to be determined by the respective maritime vessels and Customs Procedures.

2.3 Customs and Duties: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

3. Shipping Procedures:

3.1 Order Processing: Once you place an order, our team begins processing it promptly. Orders are typically processed within 2 – 3 business days for In-Stock merchandize, excluding weekends and holidays.  Custom Fabrication Work is determined based on job complexity, material availability and readiness, and current turnover timeline.

3.2 Shipping Confirmation: Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

3.3 Delivery Notifications: Carriers may provide delivery updates via email or text message. Please ensure that the contact information provided during checkout is accurate to receive these notifications.

4.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ponderosa WoodSlabs is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
